Memorial Day

Yes, I know I am way behind. Better late than never. We had a fun Memorial Day. We visited many of the Peterson gravesides with Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Peterson and also Brent's parents. It was nice to spend some time with Brent's family and learn more about Brent's heritage. Thanks so much for letting us crash your party Grandmas and Grandpas.

Ryan had fun trying to push the gravestones over.

And climbing the rock walls. We ended up having to stop at the ER to have Ryan's ears checked (he had an infection). He did pretty well considering how sick he was.

Abby is keeping a close eye to make sure Grandpa doesn't try to help her.

This is the house of Brent's Great Great Great Grandpa Canute Peterson (1824-1902) in Ephraim, Utah. The first wife's house anyways. The second and third wives houses are the next 2 houses down. What a close knit family.

Fun With the Cousins

The girls and I got to go down to Vegas to visit family and help Sherie after her accident while Brent went to Florida. Swimming almost every day was definitely the highlight of their trip.

Emma and Amy sure had a fun time together no matter the activity. These two easy going girls liked having a playmate that didn't always have to have their own way. Not that I would ever mention names of course (see next picture).

Erica and Lillie had some fun together as well when they managed to get along...girls.

Emma was a little nervous about jumping off the diving board all by herself.

Great-Grand Weekend

The girls and I spent last weekend visiting with Brent's grandparents while he was in Florida for 2 weeks. We spent Saturday night with the Merrills playing board games and visiting Craig with his broken ankle. Sunday night the girls played "dice" (kind of) and watching out the window for deer with the Petersons. It was so much fun playing with them. Thanks for letting us stay Grandmas and Grandpas.
