Wildside Tour - Eco Boat Ride

We decided to take a boat ride along the Banana River. The Banana River is known for its diverse wildlife. We saw so many types of birds and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. We even got to see a few manatee. The manatee are just barely returning back to Florida so we were happy to see some. We also got to see one dolphin jumping around in the canals (because we went out later in the day we only saw one dolphin). It was a gorgeous day to be on the water. It was a very Florida thing to do.

Lillie spent most of the time looking through the binoculars Captain Ben gave her. She loved looking around for the birds-
she got pretty good at spotting them.
Emma had a pretty good time also. She was excited about the animals
but just enjoyed being on the boat as well.
Abby spent most of her time snacking and staying close to Mom. She had a pretty good fever for the last few days we were there so she wasn't her usual happy self
(she was still a great baby though).
By the end of the ride the little girls were getting pretty tired. Abby and Emma were both tired from all the fun things we did and the lack of naps. Hotel life can be tough. Emma ended up sleeping through about half the ride. We discovered the day before that the terrible cold she had was actually allergies so she was sleeping off some of the Zyrtec we had to give her.
